Every guest gave a five-star review over two years. Mothers consistently praise Sister Amy, the owner and cook, for genuine personal attention and fresh, generously portioned postpartum meals tailored to taste. The centre feels like a family home rather than a hotel; staff stay close during recovery, help arrange hospital visits when babies need jaundice care, and include lactation support, massage, and facial treatments. Spacious rooms with terrace access, CCTV for baby monitoring, and the ability for husbands and toddlers to visit overnight make the stay comfortable.
Mothers report feeling well cared for during recovery, with meals prepared fresh daily and personalized nanny support for baby care. Staff reputation is warm and the owner engages directly with residents; one old complaint about ethics has not surfaced in recent years.
Mothers consistently report feeling secure and well-fed during postpartum recovery here. Named staff like Sister Juan and Sister Feng provide hands-on baby care while the cook (Sister Mei) prepares generous meals; owner Yvonne offers advice on breastfeeding, jaundice management, and postpartum wellness, making the service feel personal and supportive.
The centre earns strong ratings from new mothers seeking professional confinement care. With weekly doctor visits, lactation specialists, TCM-prepared meals, and postnatal beauty treatments, they address both recovery and wellbeing in one place.
