Most mothers praise Ms. Neoh's breastfeeding support and the nannies' warmth, along with convenient proximity to hospitals and meal quality. However, two serious incidents involving rough baby handling and unreported scratches have eroded trust; facility issues (heat, broken fans, short hot water) and repetitive meals also frustrate guests, especially those paying for premium suites.
Nearly all mothers report exceptional recovery experiences with professional, caring staff and nutritious fresh-cooked meals prepared daily for postpartum healing. Newborns thrive under dedicated nursing, and the tranquil, low-density single-storey facility with easy parking makes visits stress-free for families. One serious complaint describes unsafe infant feeding practices and inadequate response to safety concerns, including a baby hospitalized at 2 months from chronic overfeeding. While this is a stark outlier among overwhelmingly positive reviews, it signals potential gaps in breastfeeding knowledge and complaint handling. Most families who stay remark they would return.
Nearly all reviewers rate this confinement home at five stars. The high rating and review volume suggest consistent, reliable service, though specific details about individual experiences are limited from the available evidence.
